Do I need to complete any forms?

Yes. Before your first appointment, you'll be asked to complete a confidential consultation form so I can ensure your treatment is safe and appropriate for you.

If you prefer, you can complete the form before your appointment or we can go through it together when you arrive.

How do I pay?

If you book online, you'll have the option of paying either a 50% deposit or the full treatment fee.

If you book directly with me, a minimum 50% deposit is required for new clients. Payment can be made by bank transfer or secure payment link.

Subsequent appointments can be paid in advance or on arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a charge of up to 100% of the treatment fee, in accordance with my Cancellation Policy.
